What Is |
Distilled from ancient Taoist exercises, Soaring Crane Qi-Gong is practiced by millions of people in China, and has recently been designated the "official" qigong by the Chinese government. It is an easy-to-learn form that improves health, mental clarity and total well being. The first phase (Five Routines) combines gentle physical movements and mental direction to bring the mind and body into balance. In the second phase (Standing Meditation), energy moves freely through the body, clearing blocked meridians to bring about natural healing. |
